Sertifi Password Policy Update

At Sertifi, keeping your and your clients’ data secure is a top priority. Starting July 1, we will be enforcing a new user password policy detailed below.

Password Policy Update

To meet new PCI DSS recommendations, all users must update their Sertifi login password to meet the following criteria:

• 12 characters (minimum)
• Must include:
  • 1 uppercase character
  • 1 lowercase character
  • 1 number
  • 1 special character limited to: @ # $ % & * - ! + = . ? ()

All users will be required to update their password upon logging in on July 1, unless you are currently a Single Sign-On (SSO) user. Additionally, starting July 1, users who fail to successfully log in after five attempts will be locked out of their Sertifi portal for 30 minutes.
