PCI compliance and paperless business processes were a corporate-wide initiative for both hotels. With policies against emailing credit card data, faxing was the main avenue used to collect payment information when customers couldn’t provide details over the phone. Printing and faxing documents significantly slowed processes and bogged down staff with administration work. They were forced to maintain secure filing cabinets with bar locks and expensive security cameras. The hotels needed to:

  • Eliminate paperwork and streamline processes across multiple departments (sales & catering, reservations, front desk, retail shop, etc.)
