Sertifi Travel Company Authorizations (e-Confirmations)


We're sharing all the information you need to start receiving credit and virtual card information from your travel and payment partners. With Sertifi, you can:

  • Ensure a seamless arrival for business travelers.

Accessing Payment Information

When new e-confirmations are available, your designated admin(s) will be notified by email. From the email, there'll be a link to your property's e-confirmations report within your portal, which houses all your e-confirmations.

Viewing Payment Information

To protect your customer's payment information, Sertifi requires a two-step authentication process for staff to access payment information. Staff will be emailed a verification pin and then enter it into Sertifi.

Maintaining Your Portal

While Sertifi configures your e-confirmations integration and portal for you, it's important to keep your list of admins updated so the right people are notified of a new e-confirmation (steps here).
