Nestled in the heart of Denver with over 30,000 square feet of meeting space, the Sales and Events Team at Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center were eager to bring greater efficiency to their contracting and payment processes.

Prior to Sertifi, staff used email to collect payment information and requested clients to print and scan or fax back signed contracts and event orders, resulting in delays. The property was also interested in adopting a solution that could increase payment security and make it easier to meet PCI compliance requirements.
