SertifiPay Redefines "Open for Business" for New Resort
Opportunity
Before opening its doors, Marriott Frenchman’s Reef Resort could start generating revenue with advance deposits for meeting and event bookings. Without a physical location, PMS, or merchant identification (MID) yet in place, its property management company, Aimbridge Hospitality, needed an electronic method to process payments.
When a new solution was needed, Farshid Jaberi, Aimbridge’s director of transitions operations, merchant processing, made his first call to Sertifi. Since other Aimbridge properties use the platform for authorizations and payments, he already had familiarity and a positive experience with the platform.
The Sertifi Solution
By implementing SertifiPay, the property:
✅ Started finalizing business before their grand opening.
Within a week, the resort’s sales director was ready to collect and process advance deposits with SertifiPay thanks to an easy implementation process and hands-on support from the Sertifi team.
“Sertifi has made us so much more efficient. Teams no longer need to wait for property openings to finalize meetings and events, and deposits come back quickly and securely,” said Jaberi. “We’re excited to roll out SertifiPay to other properties.”
✅ Simple, secure payments for faster revenue.
