Your Implementation Experience
Once your license is signed, you'll be assigned an implementation manager and a CSM, who'll become your main point of contact in place of your account manager.
The implementation process will generally follow these steps:
Set an implementation timeline.
Meet your CSM.
Get access to training, including a live session with Sertifi, Q&A sessions, and online resources.
Complete your pilot.
You're ready! Get access to your fully-branded Sertifi portal.
Ongoing Partnership with Your CSM
Once implementation is completed, your CSM will stay in touch to:
Field any questions you have about Sertifi.
Conduct regular business reviews to make sure you're crushing your goals and having a great Sertifi experience.
Renew your subscription.
If needed, get additional properties up and running.
