Sertifi Platform
The Sertifi platform is a product built for the hospitality and travel industries and that brings e-signature, payment, and digital authorization capabilities together as a single solution. The platform lets Sertifi clients and their guests enjoy a faster, easier, more secure experience.
Usage Guidelines
- Refer to the platform as "Sertifi." You may refer to it as "the Sertifi platform" if you need to distinguish the software from the company.
- The Sertifi logo may be used in lieu of written text.
- Example: "Sertifi brings e-signature, payment, and digital authorization capabilities together as a single, secure solution. The Sertifi platform integrates with other solutions you can enjoy a connected, secure experience across the hospitality network."

Sertifi for e-Signatures
Sertifi can be used to electronically request the review and signing of digital agreements.

- Always hyphenate "e-signature."

- Do not capitalize the 's' in "signature" unless the word is being used in a title or as the first word in a sentence.

Named Platform Features
SertifiPay for Payment Processing
SertifiPay is Sertifi's proprietary payment processor. A processor is technology responsible for relaying transaction details to and from the customer’s card-issuing bank and the merchant’s acquiring bank. SertifiPay is packaged as part of the platform's payment capabilities and cannot be used (and shouldn't be referenced) as a standalone product.
Usage Guidelines
- Do not refer to SertifiPay as a product.
- Do not put a space between "Sertifi" and "Pay." Always capitalize "Pay."
Non-named Platform Features
Most of our platform features are not named features, meaning they should not be referred to as proper nouns or capitalized (except as part of a title).
- Correct: Sertifi's advanced fraud tools help you detect risk early and avoid costly chargebacks.

Business Travel Authorizations (Formerly e-Confirmations)
Travel management companies integrate their solutions with Sertifi, so there's an easy, secure way to send you your guest’s payment and booking information. Via a free Sertifi e-confirmations portal, you'll be able to securely retrieve data or, as an OPERA Oracle Hospitality user, see the payment details in your PMS.
