Sertifi Now Available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace

Here at Sertifi, we know we're one stop in a much larger journey you and your customers take together. That's why we invest in creating partnerships with other leading hospitality and travel providers. When we work together, the entire network is stronger, and it makes finalizing business that much faster and secure.

As a member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), we're excited to announce our e-signature, payment processing, and digital credit card authorization solutions are now available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace, a centralized repository of enterprise applications offered by Oracle and Oracle partners. This means Sertifi can be deployed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integrated with OPERA Cloud via the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP).

Built on OHIP, our latest integrations connecting our solutions to OPERA Cloud will help make front office, reservation, sales, and event workflows even simpler while prioritizing security.

Let's dive into how the integrations work, what makes them different from our existing OWS integration, and the benefits of our OHIP integrations.

For Front Office and Reservation Teams

Save time with automatic, secure data transfers between Sertifi and OPERA for both credit card authorizations and advance deposits.

Charge an authorized card from OPERA at a later date.

Reduce the risk of errors that come with manual data entry.

Guarantee complete authorization forms and get them back 90% faster.

How It Works

Once a credit card authorization form is submitted via Sertifi, Sertifi's advanced fraud tools instantly run to detect risky cards early. Using an A-F fraud score, you'll decide whether or not to proceed with the card. Along with the fraud score, additional form details and credit card information securely post to the reservation in OPERA Cloud. A payment method is also created in OPERA Cloud, so staff may charge the authorized card at a later date.

A status report in Sertifi allows users to see the status of all requests sent to make sure information has pushed successfully and correct information and repush it. Plus, if you're working from Sertifi's next-generation platform, you'll be able to access the report right from your authorizations folder.

What's New with the OHIP Integration

With our OWS integration, a trace is created on the reservation and the credit card information is added to the the payment instructions when the reservation status is "reserved" or "arrival." With our OHIP integration, the credit card information is added to the guest ledger when the reservation status changes to "checked in" or "departure."

Additionally, you can now update or correct data directly from the authorizations folder in Sertifi, and those changes will automatically push to OPERA.

For Sales and Events

Save time with automatic, secure data transfers between Sertifi and OPERA.

Reduce the risk of errors that come with manual data entry.

Get event deposits and final payments back 90% faster.

Make your migration to OPERA Cloud one step easier.

How It Works

Once a payment is submitted via Sertifi, the transaction will be posted to the reservation in OPERA Cloud, regardless of guest check-in status. Staff will see payments on the deposits and cancellations ledger before check-in, then on the guest ledger at the time of arrival.

Authorizing a card first? Sertifi can securely push authorization form details and card information to the reservation. A payment method is also created in OPERA Cloud, so staff can charge the authorized card at a later date.

What's New with the OHIP Integration

With our OWS integration, the payment is posted to the deposit and cancellations ledger when the reservation status is "reserved" or "arrival." With our OHIP integration, the payment also posts to the guest ledger when the reservation status changes to "checked in" or "departure."
