Simplifying & Securing Business with Sertifi: 2022 Highlights


As 2022 comes to a close, we’ve been taking time to reflect on the progress our industry’s made and the amazing work our community’s done this year. We’ve seen a massive comeback in business, new industry trends, and even new regulations to minimize risks like breaches and hotel fraud. At the heart of all this activity is you: the people adopting and innovating solutions to create new business, keep up with demand, and exceed the expectations of digital-first consumers.

We’re grateful our clients and partners trust us with their most valuable asset: their own customer relationships. When Sertifi succeeds, it means we’re succeeding together. We wanted to celebrate a few ways our users delivered better experiences in 2022.



Marriott Frenchman’s Reef Resort rolled out SertifiPay to collect and process deposits before their property grand opening, making it convenient for customers to book and plan events at the new location well in advance.



Nemacolin made it easy for customers to purchase gifts cards online versus having to call the property or wait for an email response. Their customers love the convenience and the staff love the efficiency Sertifi's embedded forms feature provides.



Davidson Hospitality Group continued their rollout of Sertifi to eliminate the need for printing, scanning, faxing, and email. Their clients were eager for a more convenient, secure way to submit forms and payments, and the business wanted to make a deeper commitment to their ESG initiative, making Sertifi an easy decision.



Corinthia Hotel London and other properties across the globe implemented Sertifi to collect guest credit card details in a PCI-compliant manner and eliminate the need for team members to handle card data.


Infor, a Sertifi integration partner, made significant updates to their sales and catering platform, introducing two new guest self-service portals (SSPs) for online booking and ordering.



Amadeus, a Sertifi integration partner, added two new modules to their sales and catering platform, Delphi.fdc, to help planners book, manage, and execute meetings and events more efficiently and securely.
